Inspired by the concept of total freedom: you decide every day if, when and what you want to enjoy. Every day we surprise you with different specialities based on local produce, also from our farm and our greenhouse. And we are also happy to serve dinner in your flat.

The property is divided into 5 holiday flats ranging in size from 60 m² to 80 m² and can accommodate a maximum of 25 persons.

The indicated prices are per person per night per flat with a minimum stay of 2 nights.
There is a separate charge for each additional person in the flat:
> Children up to 3 years sleep free of charge (cot available on request)
> Children 3-7 years: -70% daily rate
> Children 7-14 years: -50% daily rate
> from 14 years: -20% daily rate
Tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid on the spot for all guests (except children under 14 years). It amounts to 1.75 € per person/night.
Arrival: The booked flat is available from 3 p.m.
Departure: Please check out by 10 a.m.
The reservation is binding from the moment the deposit is paid. The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation. The flat bill can be paid on departure in cash or by credit/debit card.
Deposit: 30% of the total amount

Cancellation up to 30 days before departure is free of charge.
Up to 15 days prior to arrival 70% of the flat price must be paid.
Up to 7 days prior to departure 90% of the flat price must be paid and in the event of no-show, late arrival or early departure the full amount will be charged.

Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended.

Holidaypass: free use of public transport in South Tyrol (bus, ski bus, regional trains) and some ski lifts (Mühlbach-Meransen, Bozen-Ritten). It also includes a lively weekly programme and discounts on selected services.

DINNER possible in our restaurant: it can be booked every day and we can also serve it in your flat!
